If you have been on a diet roller coaster for awhile, you know how difficult it is to start fresh without making the same mistakes. This program offers assistance in goal setting, accountability, weight management, and  healthy habits. It is sustainable.  You will receive nutritional guidance and one on one support to implement small changes into your daily life. Think long term here. This is not a quick fix.

 This is an opportunity to put yourself on your priority list. This program assists you in prioritizing daily habits, healthy nutrition, and movement and exercise that fit your goals and lifestyle.   You will receive one on one support. This is not a one size fits all approach. Personalized for you to get you to your goals.

 I am now offering online exercise programming tailored just for you. After a brief consult where your history, goals, and lifestyle are taken into consideration, an exercise program will be made just for you. Emailed to you weekly. Whether you choose gym, home, or a combination of both. Each week your program will be adjusted and progressed. 

A BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Tina McSteen Haas. I am a wife and mom. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like warm weather and good food.  I have been working as a certified personal trainer and health coach for over 12 years in clinics, gyms, and privately in homes. My clients have included everyone from grade school students, athletes, moms, to women in their 80s, with everyone in between. I spent years trying to find the perfect workout and the perfect nutrition plan. In my search I have learned a great deal.   There is not a one size fits all approach. Everyone is different. My approach to health and fitness is centered on finding what works best for each person. Something that you can do that you enjoy and that you see yourself doing long term.  I believe living a healthy lifestyle is staying true to your ideals and your goals, not someone else's.   My aim is to help you identify your health goals, learn to eat healthfully long term, design a program that fits your needs and guide you on your journey.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

This is a time for you to tell me a little bit about yourself.  This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to get know each other. We will also discuss your responses to the initial consult questionnaire and your goals, both short and long term.  An honest and open discussion where we can build rapport and you can feel encouraged.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

In some ways, I am not any different. You will receive a program designed for your goals and lifestyle after a live initial movement screen and assessment.  My purpose is to guide you on your journey to what ever outcome you have envisioned for yourself. My mission is to educate you so you can feel strong and capable and comfortable in your surroundings, based on your goals, not someone else's.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

After your initial consultation, it will become much clearer on what equipment would be suited for you and your goals. You may be training at a gym or at home or not at all. Not everyone is the same. This is about you and what works best for you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I CHOOSE A PACKAGE TO BEGIN?

Yes. The consultation allows both of us to find out if we are the right fit.  The consultation also allows me to gauge commitment and to see where you may need to begin.

ARE THERE FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT BEFORE OUR FIRST SESSION?

Yes.  You will be prompted after scheduling your complimentary consultation to fill out a brief questionnaire.  Other forms to be filled out will be emailed to you.
